Overview Trimmr is seeking candidates interested in post-harvest support roles within the regulated cannabis industry. Trimmr provides staffing to customers across New York State and has open positions in several regions. This General Interest posting is intended to build a pool of qualified candidates for future opportunities. It does

About the Role: You will gain hands-on experience in the cannabis industry, focusing on post-harvest processing activities. Working directly with various cannabis cultivators, you will learn and execute each step of the process, contributing to quality and efficiency for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in this growing industry.
Key Responsibilities Perform bucking, trimming, and sorting of cannabis flower with speed and accuracy. Maintain product quality standards, ensuring proper handling and minimal product loss. Assist with drying and curing room tasks as directed. Keep workstations organized and sanitary in compliance with state and company regulations. Accurately record weights and batch data where required. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Previous experience in trimming or post-harvest roles is preferred but not required. Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and product quality. Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work while seated or standing for long periods. Willingness to comply with all cannabis industry regulations, including background checks. Ideal Candidates Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented. Comfortable in a production environment with strict quality standards. Interested in building skills in cannabis processing and production. Compensation
Hourly pay range:
$19-20/hour , depending on experience and region.
