Position Summary Help the company reach its goals by following and improving day-to-day processes. Manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse and keep accurate records of all shipments and deliveries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process order fulfillments for OH orders or items being forwarded from OH Inspect items delivered to the Coleman Warehouse ensuring the proper process is followed to receive and track reasons for return/delivery Create shipping labels and prepare shipping documents for small package and LTL freight shipping from the Coleman Warehouse Follow carrier specific standards for all outgoing items, this includes preparing pallets for freight shipment and ensure they are properly strapped and wrapped Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse Inspect core returns prior to receiving or issuing credit to verify they only cores meeting the core criteria are received Prepare bulk cores for return to vendor warehouses Snow removal at the truck dock and sidewalks in winter Building maintenance as needed Following the HHP system and report any problems to management immediately via problem log Ensure inventory accuracy through cyclical counting Ensure accurate receipt of purchase orders for stock orders, notifying the Inventory Manager promptly of any shipment errors Forward documentation received from customers or vendors related to purchasing or credit to the Finance Department as needed Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): High school diploma or equivalent Experience in shipping and receiving Forklift operation Attention to detail Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment
