ReStore Specialist Job Overview Habitat Bucks is looking for customer-friendly talent for full-time and part-time ReStore Specialist positions at our Langhorne location. The ReStore Specialist is crucial in driving positive change within the community by supporting all aspects of ReStore operations. This role includes customer service, sales, heavy lifting, moving furniture and appliances, merchandising home improvement materials, and assisting with unloading donations from customers and our donation pickup trucks. All these tasks contribute to sustaining Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County. The retail position is physically demanding and takes place in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and flexibility throughout the day. As a ReStore Specialist, you will be surrounded by unique treasures and fascinating finds, including vintage clothing and distinctive home decor pieces. Our Mission Building Communities, Empowering Families. **Responsibilities** - Uphold store and customer service policies. - Price donations according to company procedures and policies. - Provide excellent customer service while selling merchandise. - Organize and maintain assigned areas. - Adapt to various job duties throughout the workday. - Receive and process incoming donated items. - Experience moving furniture or appliances is a plus. - Perform all tasks assigned by the ReStore Manager and Assistant Manager. It also requires clarity of vision at 20 feet or more, with or without corrective lenses, and the ability to distinguish colors. The role involves climbing ladders or scaffolding up to 6 feet high, grasping, reaching, stooping, speaking, listening, and distinguishing differences in odors. Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 lbs. The normal workplace will be in the ReStore office and retail space, which is smoke-free. You must also be able to work in non-temperature-controlled conditions, possibly outdoors, in warehouses, or at donor facilities.

Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
