What You'll Do:
Floater The Operations Floater is responsible for performing the functions and accountabilities required of Order Selector, Checker, Loader, Expeditor and Coordinator roles interchangeably, and as required. Read work orders and receive verbal instruction for work assignments including but not limited to: performing the Essential Functions of Order Selector, Loader, and Coordinator roles, as required (see applicable Job Descriptions) Must meet company minimum production standards on a weekly basis Receive and perform cleaning/leveling assignments Maintain clean and organized work areas Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules and regulations including GMP guidelines
Requirements
Read work orders and receive verbal instruction for work assignments including but not limited to: performing the Accountabilities and Supporting Activities of Order Selector, Checker, Loader, Expeditor and Coordinator roles as required (see applicable Job Descriptions) Receive and perform cleaning/leveling assignments Maintain a clean and organized work space Perform functions, accountabilities and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations Schedule:
Saturday-Monday, 9:00am- Until work is complete (3-12 hour shifts)
This is a full-time position with a consistent 36-hour weekly schedule. Although the standard workweek is 36 hours, employees in this role will be paid for 40 hours.

$22.00 per hour. Guaranteed Pay Increases:
