Warehouse Associate - Full-Time Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG) Pavement Maintenance Group (PMG) is a recognized leader in the production and distribution of pavement preservation and maintenance products. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset to join our warehouse operations team. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing facility by ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products. This full-time position involves both inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, processing, and organizing inventory. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring shipments are accurate and timely. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and physically capable of performing manual labor. You'll be expected to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs, work 8-hour shifts on your feet, and operate in both indoor and outdoor environments, including high temperatures. A key part of your responsibilities will also include performing routine maintenance on holding tanks and assisting with training new team members. To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED. A forklift operator certificate is required, or you must be willing to complete a forklift training program within your first 30 days. Strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt to new processes are essential. PMG offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork and reliability are highly valued. Overtime and Saturday shifts may be required based on operational needs. All employees must comply with OSHA and MSDS safety standards.
