In-office days will be 3 per week, averaging 12 days per month, at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Responsibilities
Produce workstream or project plans, ensuring all activities are identified, organized to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization's project management framework. Manage the delivery of research, workshops, and other activities to support project deliverables. Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships and meet stakeholder needs. Coordinate requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and verification throughout project phases. Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; escalate and develop solutions as needed. Draft project review reports and presentations to support progress evaluation and decision-making. Lead a small project team, coordinate actions, request support, and foster team capability through training and mentoring. Review existing operations and generate ideas for continuous improvement. Manage project resources, costs, forecasts, and variances to ensure effective utilization. Assign work schedules to team members to meet expectations within established timelines. Prepare complex documents and reports using standard office software. Draft product documentation and user training materials for handover and post-project reviews. Conduct assurance reviews, facilitate third-party reviews, and resolve issues to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Develop personal capabilities through training, certifications, and ongoing education. Knowledge Of
Project analysis and management concepts and practices. Investment concepts and procedures in the securities industry. System analysis, requirements gathering, and risk management. IT support, technical documentation, and business process modeling. Securities industry operations and business planning. Preferred Skills
Project Management, Qlik Sense, SQL Queries, Smart Sheet, SharePoint Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Construction Management, or equivalent. 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience. Certifications: PMI PMP, Series 99_OS (FINRA). Additional Details
