In this role, youll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering with precision, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and based at our Fairfield, NJ location with the working shift Monday Friday 10:30am-7:30pm
What Youll Be Doing Fulfillment & Distribution Execute flawless order processing, picking, packing, and shipping for wallcoverings and CFA sample orders Maintain speed and accuracybecause perfection deserves punctuality Exceed service benchmarks by adhering to internal and client-facing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Process Improvement & Team Engagement Be a proactive voice in the fulfillment

What You Bring to the Table Experience in fulfillment centers and operating order pickers/reach trucks a plus Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-up abilities Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficient in English (speaking and reading) and general computer skills Energetic, adaptable, and quick to shift direction when needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Capable of lifting 50100 pounds
