Job Summary The Cath Lab Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory. The manager ensures the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care for specific patient care units on a 24-hour basis, including clinical, human resources, and financial management. Shift work may be required. Job Qualifications Associate’s Degree or two years of college-level coursework in Health Science or related field. Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science or related field preferred. Five (5) years’ experience in Cath lab and/or EP lab, with a minimum of 1-3 years of management experience. Three (3) or more years' experience in Invasive or Electrophysiology Laboratory, including at least one year in clinical management. One (1) or more years of clinical management experience preferred. Current registration as a Registered Nurse or certification/license in Radiology Technologist, Respiratory Therapy, Cardiovascular Technology, or Paramedic. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred.
