This position is in the Unclassified Service and serves at the discretion of the Director of the Department of Aging and Adult Services.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Pre-Employment Process: Prior to appointment, applicants must successfully pass a background check, including fingerprinting, verification of employment history and education, and physical exam/drug test.

Travel: Statewide and nationwide travel is required. Travel throughout the County is also required, and employees may need to arrange local transportation (mileage reimbursement at current IRS rates). A valid California Class C driver license and proof of automobile liability insurance must be maintained.

Sponsorship: Please note San Bernardino County is not able to consider candidates who will require visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future.

Selection Process: Candidates selected for further consideration will be invited to participate in a priority interview event, with first-round interviews scheduled for June (date to be determined). This may involve interviews with key stakeholders and the hiring authority.
