Role Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year + Sales Incentive Compensation Actual compensation will be determined individually based on location, skills, experience, and education. For details, visit our careers page: Summary: We seek a Sr. Advisor Consultant for Highland Capital Brokerage, part of Osaic. This role involves selling life, LTC, DI, and annuity products to large wirehouse institutions, RIAs, broker-dealers, registered reps, and independent agents. The position includes recruiting and educating new producers on insurance solutions, guiding them from initial sales concepts to closing, with a focus on customer service and producer retention. Responsibilities: Prospect advisors across channels to introduce insurance planning solutions. Promote and facilitate sales of life insurance, LTC, DI, and fixed/indexed annuities. Recommend products that comply with supervision and due diligence standards. Understand and adhere to Compliance and Suitability rules. Maintain knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and DOL regulations. Train and educate advisors on insurance products. Develop client profiling strategies to maximize sales opportunities using enterprise technologies. Coordinate with internal teams for case design, reporting, and carrier solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred; H.S. Diploma or GED with significant practical experience considered. Basic Requirements: Insurance license required. Minimum 5 years of brokerage New Business or Life Insurance experience. At least 3 years of relevant Financial Services Industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Intermediate business writing skills. Ability to learn new technologies. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
