Supply Planner - Franchise Supply ChainPosition Summary: We are seeking a Supply Planner to support the creation and execution of the overall supply plan for designated plants and third-party suppliers within the franchise scope. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with production scheduling, procurement, customer service, and the broader supply chain organization to ensure an integrated approach to supply planning. The Supply Planner will lead the coordination of demand requirements with the manufacturing and supply base to ensure timely production and purchasing activities.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development of a Master Resource Plan based on current demand signals to define production and purchasing needs up to a 24-month horizon.Support capacity planning activities to identify potential bottlenecks or risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply.Initially manage a limited product portfolio, receiving coaching and development to build full supply planning expertise.Work closely with the Supply Planning Manager to set appropriate inventory levels, including safety stocks, considering demand variability and supply chain lead times.Track the execution of supply plans in collaboration with production scheduling and procurement; monitor performance deviations and proactively address backorders or supply risks.Manage product lifecycle activities within the supply plan, including product introductions, phase-outs, and timely communication of portfolio changes to the business.Support communication between supply planning and demand planning functions to ensure alignment on production capabilities and future supply outlook.Maintain all core supply planning system master data to enable accurate and efficient planning processes.Monitor and report on key supply planning KPIs, including Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back Order Management, Lead Time, Product Availability, and Service Levels.Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions and sustainable solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are preferred based on global location.0-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across global teams.#LI-JS2
