Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of DefenseSecret security clearance ispreferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Cost Account Manger on the Space Force MUOS program, youll work closely with a cross functional team responsible for successful execution of one of the multiple MUOS teams.

CAM Specific skillsets

  • Assist in the successful execution and delivery of Task Order within cost and schedule parameters from CGN, as well as Sales and Margin expectations to GDMS
  • Assist in the support the successful execution of Task Order (EVM Contract) as a CAM
  • Work closely with Program Finance, Program Management and Deputy Program Manager of Engineering to establish clear financial expectations when developing the Fiscal Plan.
  • Support development of the resource-loaded Control Account schedule
  • Support establishment of Control Account Plans (CAPs)
  • Request Open/Close charge #s
  • Review weekly labor reports for charging; reviews subcontractor data, including est. costs
  • Support development of Baseline Change Requests (BCRs)
  • Develop and manage performance measurement metrics
  • Work with the Deputy Program Manager of Engineering and Engineering to status the schedule and develop estimate to complete (ETC)
  • Support reviews with program team including Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR)
  • Perform Control Account analysis, including rate impacts
  • Support Engineering Status Reviews and Program Management Reviews
  • Support Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) preparation (if applicable)

Excel and Power BI skillsets

  • Proficiency with Advanced Excel Formulas:including INDEX/MATCH, COUNTIFS, macros for automating tasks, use of pivot tables
  • Proficiency with Data Transformation and Power Queries in Excel and Power BI
  • Proficiency with Data Visualization tools in Excel and Power BI: Charts, graphs

Target salary range: USD $115,674.00/Yr. - USD $128,325.00/Yr.This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
