Spot Welder/Packaging Job Location –
Port Washington, WI Starting Date –
Immediate Employment Term –
Temp-to-Hire Employment Type –
Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) –
1st Shift and 2nd shift (5:30am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm to 1:30am) Starting Pay –
$17-19 per hour Benefits –
Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education –
High School Diploma/GED Required Experience –
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities -Operate Resistance Welders as well as perform manual assembly safely and effectively to meet standard rates -Assist in the machine setup process, as necessary -Accurately record labor, inventory, and job data in ERP system -Performs basic material handling duties with the use of carts and pallet jacks to move material and tooling -Maintain equipment thru weekly preventative maintenance tasks and submit timely maintenance work orders -Assist in the training of Operators, as necessary - Load or unload material onto or from pallets, trays, shelves, or trucks.
Qualifications - Basic reading, writing, and math skills - Frequently required to lift 50 pounds -Ability to perform repetitive tasks -Able to work independently with minimal supervision
