Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Manage plan phase compliance requirements. Digital responsibilities include high-level the overarching approach to completing the project, prior to defining and designing the solution or product. Requirements: Skilled and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong follow-up skills and ability to interact with executive stakeholders and LOB. Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate across multiple teams and work efforts. Outgoing, good communicator. Able to facilitate and lead meetings with senior leaders and non-leadership personnel. Detail-oriented with quick learning ability. Change Management experience. Desired skills: Tableau and other reporting tools. Knowledge and familiarity with Horizon Jira and Confluence.
