Position: Payment Gateway Strategy and Tokenization Solution Consultant Location: Onsite in Pleasanton, CA (preference for local candidates) Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tokenization strategy and roadmap across payment networks Oversee full product lifecycle: strategic planning, feature rollout, and partner onboarding Gather business requirements using market research, customer insights, and partner feedback Lead commercialization and execution of new product features and enhancements Collaborate with internal teams, Visa, and external partners Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other data security standards Monitor digital payment trends and assess impact on tokenization strategies

Essential Skills

Deep expertise in payment gateways, network tokenization, and digital payments ecosystem Hands-on experience with PCI compliance and payment security protocols Track record of managing tokenization product lifecycle (ideation to launch) Strong analytical, business requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Effective cross-functional and cross-geographical team collaboration

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with Visa network standards and integration FinTech or payment processor industry experience Exposure to emerging payment models and token-based security frameworks Product management certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP) are a plus
