Job DescriptionJob Description Ellington Solutions is seeking out a qualified candidate that will: Provide support for essential systems with an emphasis on the design, implementation, and management of command and control (C2) networks that enable critical operational communication and coordination. Develop and sustain resilient network infrastructures to guarantee uninterrupted communication between command and control systems. Set up and optimize network components, ensuring compliance with security protocols while addressing any issues that may occur within the command and control networks. Craft and implement C2 network architectures that meet operational needs. Manage and maintain thorough documentation of network configurations, procedures, and standards. Partner with cybersecurity teams to create and uphold security protocols for C2 networks. Perform performance monitoring and capacity planning to secure network dependability and effectiveness. Quickly resolve network-related issues to minimize disruption to operations. Collaborate closely with other IT professionals to integrate diverse systems and applications into the C2 network. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions to improve network performance. Requirements The qualified candidate will have: US Citizenship (Required) Secret clearance with NATO access (Required) Bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field IAT Level II certification CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+ Must meet DoD cybersecurity and OPSEC standards Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS if required CCNP Routing & Switching Experience with Riverbed/SolarWinds, Android/Linux/Windows platforms Hands-on with virtual networks, shipboard, and FMF exercise networks Proven experience in tactical network architecture and testing Proficiency in network data analysis with Wireshark Understanding of OSI Model Layers 1-4 Expertise in C2 integration methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
