ENT opening in southeast Missouri Located in Cape Girardeau, MO - 115 miles from St. Louis Service area of 720,000 people Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employed Joining an established ear, nose, and throat practice that serves adult and pediatric patients Group has 4 ENTs and 2 NPs Clinic is also staffed with 2 audiologists and multiple allergy immunotherapy personnel Physicians have scribes at all times in clinic, thus no notes to complete after clinic Adequate patient volume available on day one Capability to practice all aspects of ENT High volume thyroid/parathyroid surgical patients are available as well as surgical management of head and neck cancer, for those interested Clinic hours: 8am - 4:30pm Low call requirement: 52 days per year Average 28 clinic patients per day and 10-12 surgical procedures per weekCompensation & Benefits: Guaranteed $600k Base Salary annually + Productivity Quality Incentive Available compensation bonus available Student Loan Repayment in full PSLF approved $50k commencement bonus or Monthly Stipend option for Residents Relocation Allowance up to $15k Comprehensive benefits that include 25 days of PTO, 5 days CME + stipend, paid malpractice, health + dental insurance, and excellent retirement plan matchingCommunity: Live the way you want!
