Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as the Associate Director of Marketing for Established Brands, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and execution for our late-lifecycle brands. Your leadership will be essential in maximizing brand value, optimizing commercial investments, and managing brand evolution within Otsuka's CNS portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Oversee marketing efforts for established brands like Nuedexta, ensuring strategic transitions, ongoing performance, and readiness for loss of exclusivity (LOE).
- Commercial Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to sustain brand revenue, optimize promotional expenditures, and explore post-LOE opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with market access, finance, commercial operations, and medical teams to ensure flawless execution of brand strategies.
- Market Monitoring: Keep a close watch on market dynamics, competitor activities, and reimbursement changes to continually refine marketing strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Track KPIs, adjust marketing tactics based on insights, and implement cost-effective promotional strategies.
- Agency Oversight: Manage agency partnerships to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
- Early Commercialization Support: Assist the team with relevant early commercialization work and planning within the CNS arena as needed.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with a background in late-lifecycle brand management or LOE strategies preferred.
- Strong grasp of market access, reimbursement, and commercialization strategies.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans for mature brands.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience engaging with sales, market access, and medical teams.
- Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and optimize investments.
- Experience in budget management and vendor oversight.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $164,530.00 - $245,985.00, plus incentive opportunities. Actual salary will depend on experience, specific skills, and internal benchmarks.
