The Opportunity:

n
As a Jr. Systems Engineer you will interface with the Government Procurement Officer on System Deficiency Reporting
n
n
Coordinate and document software engineering efforts to resolve deficiencies
n
n
Extract and update schedules and data from project management tools
n
n
This position would allow for a hybrid work environment and would require to work on site a minimum of three days per week
n

Responsibilities:

n
Work with hardware engineers to identify solutions and write engineering analysis reports
n
n
Utilize Python and identify trends and problems within the system
n
n
Interface with subject matter experts and site personnel on potential problems and develop solutions
n

Qualifications:

Required:

n
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. We will sponsor for a security clearance
n
n
B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology or similar, or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience
n
n
Must have excellent communication and customer relationship skills
n
n
Be a self-starter willing to seek knowledge and broaden their understanding of their areas of responsibility
n
n
Have exceptional time management skills and ability to switch between project tasks effectively
n

Desired:

n
Experience writing DoD engineering reports
n
n
Experience on DoD programs and interaction with government stakeholders -SCN experience is a plus
n
n
Familiar with Python
n

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$58,000-$115,900
