As a vital part of our Integrated Intelligence team, we are looking for a Director of Marketing Measurement who is passionate about improving patient experiences and uncovering valuable insights through analytics.

As the Director, you will lead a team dedicated to measuring the performance of marketing activities and deriving actionable insights. You'll collaborate closely with account and activation teams to create effective measurement strategies and oversee the execution of analytical work. Your team will conduct both standard and ad-hoc analyses of digital campaigns, communicating findings that guide strategic decisions for our clients.

This role is hybrid and can be based in any of our US offices: New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco. You can also work remotely within the US, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive measurement strategies that translate business objectives into measurable KPIs, evaluating healthcare marketing experiences.
  • Lead the reporting and analysis of campaign performance, guiding junior analysts in uncovering actionable insights.
  • Manage client relationships and oversee daily workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align measurement strategies with client needs.
  • Mentor and manage your team, fostering both technical and interpersonal skills and handling administrative responsibilities.
  • Present findings professionally to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, including campaign strategy, paid media, martech ecosystems, and CRM analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Proven success in leading measurement programs, demonstrating ROI.
  • Expertise in digital media and martech data sets (e.g., SA360, GCM, Meta, DV360, TTD, Pulsepoint, GA4, Adobe Enterprise Manager) is essential.
  • Familiarity with healthcare datasets (claims, pharmacy, physician data, Veeva) is a strong preference.
  • Experience with data management platforms (e.g., Databricks) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is important; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.

Compensation: The pay range for this role is $120,000.00-$150,000.00, reflecting the current pay scale and may be adjusted based on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
