As a Salesforce Technical Lead focusing on Life Sciences, you will excel in a collaborative environment where your creativity and analytical skills create impactful solutions. Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and construct detailed technical cloud CRM solutions.
  • Develop complex customizations using Salesforce and Force.com.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce technical team, both onshore and offshore.
  • Utilize the Salesforce platform, security measures, single sign-on, and other tools to craft comprehensive solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and engage closely with clients, discussing potential trade-offs.
  • Translate functional requirements into Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Share best practices for solution positioning and delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, and integration technologies.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required, dependent on business needs, ranging from 0-100%.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF) and integrations, including data migrations.
  • At least 1 year of expertise with customizations on the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning components, Apex, and declarative tools.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading projects and technical teams, alongside performing code reviews.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 12 years). If you hold an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years’ work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience leading development teams.
  • Ability to navigate both functional and technical aspects of CRM engagements.
  • Experience in development and/or configuration on other CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, Zoho).
