About the Role
nCrossland is seeking college construction graduates for this entry-level salaried position required prior to becoming a Project Manager. This position is generally held for 1-3 years while being trained. Promotion is determined by commitment, ambition, knowledge and attitude of the individual. Drug screen, physical and criminal background check is required of successful candidates.
nnEssential Responsibilities:

- Know and understand safety policies n
- Contract document organization, distribution and controls using company standards and software n
- Assisting in Planning and scheduling using company standards and software n
- Submittal organization, distribution and coordination to ensure quality control n
- Attend and document meetings on and offsite n
- Review and understand company estimating standards and software as well as coordinate with estimators and PM’s n
- Coordination with Owner, Architect and Engineers as directed by the PM. n
- Contract and Purchase order management n
- Change order document management n
- Understand and assist with internal cost control, cost accounting management and accounting reports n
