We're seeking a
Supply Chain Data Analyst
to support cost-saving initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to improve performance, reduce costs, and create value across the supply chain.
This is a fully on-site role in the Atlanta-metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize data from ERP systems, databases, and external sources. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and savings opportunities. Use benchmarks, statistical methods, and data visualization tools to present findings clearly. Audit data for accuracy, validate pricing, confirm rebate and fee payments, and resolve discrepancies. Identify and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement value-driven strategies. Monitor the impact of implemented changes and provide regular performance updates. Support risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity. Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and project teams. Assist with committee meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes as needed. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years' supply chain or logistics experience (healthcare preferred). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas) and proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools. Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights. Knowledge of supply chain contracting, negotiation, and best practices. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Infor, PeopleSoft a plus). Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality. Additional Details:
Full-time, onsite
in the Smyrna/Cumberland/Cobb Galleria area). Occasional local travel may be required. Must be able to sit for extended periods and handle clerical tasks as needed.
