Information Technology Manager
to join the team in
Seattle, WA; Bellevue, WA; Renton, WA; Kent, WA; Hazelwood, MO; or Berkeley, MO.
The Information Technology (IT) Manager will assess and overlook the technical and operational support for our Human Resources (HR) applications. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of HR systems, enhancing user experience, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR technology, project management, and team leadership.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience within information Technology 5+ years of experience working with HR applications 5+ years of experience leading products and services in support of end users 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams 5+ years of experience in a lead role such as project manager, team lead, product manager, product owner, or other similar lead roles Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher Experience with IT organization, strategy, processes and tools Drug Free Workplace:
