About the Role
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working behind the scenes to make sure everything is in order. As a
Loan Documentation Specialist , you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documents for commercial, construction, SBA 504, and real estate loans. You will work closely with loan officers and other teams to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
This position can be based in either our
Oakdale
or
Roseville
office,
this is an in-office position .
What You will Be Doing Prepare loan documents using LaserPro. Review title reports, entity documents, and other supporting materials. Coordinate special documentation when needed. Communicate with internal teams to keep things moving smoothly. Keep track of documentation requests and vendor orders. What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or GED required; college or technical school degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in loan documentation, ideally in a commercial bank. Familiarity with LaserPro and banking documentation a must Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks. Effective communication skills and a team-first attitude.
