The Role:

Syndax Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, IT Business Analyst, G&A. In this role, you'll report to our Senior Director of IT - G&A Business Partner and serve as the primary liaison between IT Operations, business process owners, and external partners across Finance, HR, Legal, and Communications.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Requirements & Process Design: Drive functional and technical discovery sessions. Map current and future process models and workflows for new projects and enhancements. Configure & Test Systems: Configure G&A systems in accordance with change management guidelines. Draft and lead unit, integration, and UAT test plans. Track progress and escalate issues appropriately. Ensure Compliance & Controls: Guide the review and evidence collection process for internal IT controls, including support for SOX and other audit requirements. Provide Ongoing Application Support: Deliver day-to-day system administration: access provisioning, troubleshooting, integrations, enhancements, report writing and analytics - for applications such as NetSuite, ADP, Greenhouse, Concur, ContractPodAI, and others. Vendor Collaboration & System Upgrades: Collaborate with vendor teams to plan, design, and test system upgrades and other application changes. Documentation & Training: Create knowledge base content and user-facing documentation. Support end-user training and helpdesk enablement. Desired Experience/Education and Personal Attributes:

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 6 years supporting internal business systems; 3+ years as a NetSuite Administrator. Experience with: HRIS systems (e.g. ADP, Greenhouse) Finance systems (e.g. NetSuite, BlackLine, Concur) Collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint) Reporting / visualization (e.g. PowerBI) Strong Excel skills with data analysis, preferably PowerBI. Understanding of integrations; IPaaS experience a plus. Proven experience

managing cross-functional projects and driving them to completion. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with project tracking involving multiple business units. Experience with change management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation Fast learner of new platforms and tools. Excellent communicator with strong collaboration strengths. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

Location : Syndax's corporate office is in New York, NY.

Syndax offers a total compensation and rewards package that is among the most competitive in the industry. Base pay is just one element of our package and is determined within a range based on several factors including market data, experience, qualifications, demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, travel requirements and internal equity. Our overall package also includes an equity offering, annual target bonuses, and an outstanding benefits program. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000.
