- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Data Lake and Business Analytics Platform.

- Assist in the development and implementation of a data strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.

- Define technical and integration requirements to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

- Create high-level designs for data-related projects, serving as a foundation for development teams.

- Analyze and define requirements for EMR and workflow integrations to enhance operational efficiency.

- Leverage existing investments, such as InfoDive, to extract maximum value and drive analytics-driven decision-making.

- Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas of improvement in current data systems and processes.

- Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate data solutions and ensure they meet business needs.

- Maintain thorough documentation of data requirements, design specifications, and project workflows.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in data analysis and business requirements gathering, particularly within data infrastructure projects.

- Strong understanding of Data Lake architecture, business analytics platforms, and data strategy implementation.

- Expertise in EMR and workflow integration processes.

- Familiarity with tools like InfoDive or similar analytics systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills for liaising effectively between business and technical teams.

- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, is a plus.
