Contract Summary: We're looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to support integration efforts across Oracle Fusion HCM, with a specific focus on
Global HR and Recruiting modules . This individual will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing OIC integrations that enable smooth data flow between Fusion and external HR systems, while working closely with functional teams to align with configuration changes and evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- including app-driven orchestrations, scheduled jobs, and file-based integrations. Build and manage integrations across
Oracle Fusion HCM modules , especially
Global HR
and
Recruiting . Translate
functional and configuration changes
(e.g., new business units, locations, job structures) into necessary updates within the OIC integrations. Create and manage
BI Publisher (BIP)
reports used in integrations for HCM data extraction. Design efficient solutions to allow
Client Managers and Division Leaders
to submit forecasts or budgets via
Smart View templates
- minimizing the need for extra licenses. utomate the collection and upload of user-submitted data back into Fusion HCM. Configure and monitor agents and connections to
DBCS/ATP
or other external systems. Follow and enforce best practices around integration governance, error handling, and logging.
Required Skills:
5+ years of
hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development Strong experience integrating with
Oracle Fusion HCM , especially
Global HR
and
Recruiting Experience working with
Smart View templates and macros
to gather offline user input and automate data loading Skilled in developing and modifying
BI Publisher (BIP) reports
for use in HCM integrations Proficiency in
DBCS/ATP agent setup and monitoring Familiarity with
Oracle Identity Management
and basic security principles in HCM integrations bility to work with functional HCM teams and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Solid understanding of
error handling , logging, and integration governance standards
