Job Title: Receptionist
Location: One Mercedes Benz Dr., Sandy Springs, GA 30328
Duration: 4-12 weeks (Contract only)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr on W2
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (Hours may vary based on business demand)
Job Summary: Amentum is seeking a Receptionist to join the team in Sandy Springs, GA. The role involves alternating with other receptionists to staff the main lobby desk and Kioshi station, greeting visitors, and assisting with special events. Additional duties include administrative tasks, scheduling, file maintenance, and occasional project work.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and staff the main lobby reception desk/Kioshi station. Assist with setup and facilitation of special events. Answer routine mail and inquiries. Receive and direct phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls. Maintain files, records, and schedules; make travel arrangements; compile reports. Transcribe notes and prepare reports/statistical tables. Utilize Microsoft Office and other office software. Assist in cleaning/organizing spaces and other project work. Provide guidance to workplace experience porters as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
"> Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (Advanced business/secretarial training preferred). 3+ years of secretarial experience. Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
"> Preferred Qualifications: College experience. Receptionist or clerical background. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience. Event planning experience. Familiarity with CLMS, Microsoft 365, and onboarding processes.
