St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college, is seeking a Program Coordinator for Mission and Heritage. This position oversees financial management, budget processes, and program support for the Office of Mission and Heritage, the Killeen Chair of Theology and Philosophy, and other areas within the Division of Mission and Heritage as needed. The role also collaborates with campus and community partners-from planning through execution-to thoughtfully integrate Mission and Heritage into the college's curricular and co-curricular initiatives, while upholding a high standard of knowledge, professionalism, and hospitality.

This is an 11-month, recurring position and has the month of July off annually.

Specific responsibilities:

Manage financial documents, budget procedures, and forecasting for the Office of Mission and Heritage, Pilgrim Forum, Chu Lecture, and the Killeen Chair. Oversee travel expenditures and reconciliation processes. Support Mission and Heritage staff with budget management and allocation for program expenses. Coordinate processes to utilize the finances allocated to Mission and Heritage through gifts and grants. Manage administrative responsibilities for the Pilgrim Forum, Chu Lecture, the Killeen Chair, and other celebrations and events planned by the Office of Mission and Heritage, including but not limited to guest speaker arrangements, site logistics, and the marketing and promotion of the events to both on- and off-campus audiences. Provide additional administrative and office-level support for the Office of Mission and Heritage and the Killeen Chair, including processing paperwork for student employment, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and fulfilling office and program supply needs. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Dedicated to working in a mission-driven environment, with a profound respect for and commitment to preserving the rich traditions of Catholicism, Norbertine values, and the liberal arts. 2-5 years of experience in budget monitoring, marketing/event management, and administrative support. Experience in higher education and familiarity with Banner and CMS are pluses. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to represent the college professionally to internal and external audiences. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and adaptable to new technologies. Canva proficiency is highly desired Skilled in event planning, conflict resolution, and customer service. Comfortable presenting and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Exercises sound judgment and models professionalism and integrity.
