About our Team: LexisNexis Risk Solutions CRM team is responsible for maintaining the Customer Relationship Management application developed in Salesforce Sales Cloud, to help our business to manage the entire Sales Cycle from Lead generation to closing the Deals, and Service Cloud & Experience Cloud to improve overall customer service experiences by managing customer interactions and streamlining case management. We're looking for a suitable entry level Salesforce developer to join our dynamic CRM development team leveraging Salesforce Platform to manage our business Sales Processes and Customer Support. As part of our Salesforce development team, you will have the opportunity to learn and explore different areas of Salesforce Platform development and make a significant impact on our organization's success.
About the Role:
As a junior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continued optimization of our Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud platform to ensure effective and optimized customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud features, good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate with Salesforce Development team to drive system enhancements and improvements. Your expertise will drive the success of our Sales or Service initiatives and contribute to our continuous improvement and growth.

Responsibilities Basic knowledge of analyzing business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Salesforce platform. Basic experience and knowledge in Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud processes and capabilities. Basic knowledge of automating business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts. Provide application support by analyzing defects, replicating/fixing defects, and providing root cause analysis for defects. Participate in development workstreams, with Agile Development Cycle from sprint planning, deployment, testing and feedback sessions which allows for continuous improvement and adaptation. Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving functional and performance-related issues. Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing. Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications in Production environment. Communicate and work effectively with development team, cross functional teams including business stakeholders. Basic knowledge of Implementing Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Requirements
Experience in Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc. Basic understanding and Knowledge of Salesforce platform programming languages - Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL. Basic knowledge of front end technologies like HTML, CSS & JavaScript Frameworks such as jQuery, Angular, React etc. Basic understanding of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Changesets Basic understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Basic analytical, problem solving/decision making skills. Preferred Knowledge in Salesforce implementations that include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning Components, Web Services and API), integrations with back-office systems. Experience in Sales or Service Cloud and Salesforce platform Working for you:
