At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of RN Leads are critical in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We are hiring for a Full-Time RN Lead to join the St. Luke's Multispecality Clinic in Ketchum! What You Can Expect: Support clinical staff in a multispecialty clinic (Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, General Surgery). Oversee staffing needs, including scheduling and workload management. Provide education and training for nursing staff to ensure clinical competency and professional growth. Serve as a resource and mentor for nurses and support staff. Collaborate with providers to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency. Assist in developing and implementing policies to enhance clinical operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hours vary between 7:30a - 5p. Generous sign on bonus, geographical shift differential, full benefits package and free use of group ski pass! Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree Experience: 3 years' experience Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
