Work model: On-Site What you will do: Oversee industrial projects from planning to completion while meeting deadlines and budget goals Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to establish project scope, deliverables, and priorities Maintain clear and professional communication across departments and with external suppliers Handle multiple projects at once by managing resources and timelines effectively Adopt and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance internal capabilities Apply analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solve problems and promote continuous improvement What you will need to be successful: Over three years of experience managing projects, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments Skilled in organization and multitasking with a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Quick learner with proven adaptability to new technologies and work settings Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not mandatory PMP certification is desirable but not required Benefits overview: Vision, dental, and health insurance 401k PTO Interested and qualified candidates can contact Marlyn Herrera at (515) 225-7000 or email mherrera@thepalmergroup.com.
