The Superintendent is responsible for: Lead the day-to-day onsite operations of ground-up projects valued from $2M to $20M Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and safety enforcement Maintain high-quality standards, ensure code compliance, and resolve field issues Partner closely with PMs and owners to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery Maintain accurate site documentation and utilize project management software MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The right candidate will have: 5+ years as a Superintendent with a focus on ground-up hospitality, automotive, or retail construction Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving successful outcomes on projects in the $2M-$20M range MA CSL license required; OSHA 30 required; LEED AP a plus Procore experience preferred What's on Offer
