Resonetics is looking to add a Lightspeed Engineer I (R&D focused) that will be primarily responsible for developing technical solutions and executing Lightspeed projects for medical device customers using Resonetics advanced technology. Collaborate with a small local Lightspeed team and with Lightspeed members from other sites to complete prototype projects and lead programs through the PReP process towards production. Lead customer communications providing technical solutions and program updates. A leader site specific Resonetics Technology execution and training of peers. Responsibilities

Define, plan, and complete complex Lightspeed projects Optimize advanced parameters and variables on Resonetics technology Perform complex setup, system troubleshooting, and process development Lead the completion of tasks and projects Participate in project analysis, problem solving, and solution implementation Lead and drive quotes to completion Lead customer calls and internal meetings Proactively communicate with the customer on issues Write advanced programs to measure Lightspeed product Read and interpret print specifications Lead projects through the Production Readiness Process Provide mentorship and technical skill training Document process parameters and project details Recognize and report unmet customer needs Take ownership of data and metrics Allocate time and attention based on priorities Seek continuous self-improvement Lead and execute Advanced Technology Group activities Participate in sales support activities Lead cross departmental teams in continuous improvements projects Understanding of all technologies and facilities across Resonetics Ability to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities and processes Support Resonetics overall goals and production problem solving Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering / science or equivalent experience Experience with Resonetics technology Solid understanding of materials science and materials properties Experienced in applying software used on high precision micromanufacturing equipment Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex processes Ability to generate complex drawings, models, and assemblies with 2D & 3D software Fluent in Microsoft Office Demonstrated execution and experience with TMV / GRR, Process Capability, Attribute vs. Variable Data in Validation, OQs/PQs, Engineering Study / DOE Experience using computer-controlled measurement systems Ability to lead a cross-functional team Strong time management and organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ISO certified Quality Systems in medical device manufacturing Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment Experience designing and manufacturing complex tooling or fixturing Physical Demands

Standing and walking for short periods of time Ability to use a microscope, including manipulating small objects Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $66,000.00-$79,000.00. Resonetics will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.
