Conducts product portfolio analysis and provides specific recommendations and actions to management regarding digital programs and product pyramid strategies and programs, aiming at maximizing portfolio profitability and growth opportunities, balancing them against their impact on customer value and market dynamics. Manages and approves demand planning forecast based on knowledge of customer, marketing programs and marketing trends to ensure highest possible accuracy. NPI execution
working with the global and other Area teams work on content, timing and execution of new product introductions. Service / Supply
engaging with key external and internal stakeholders to ensure our service and supply levels are meeting KPIs. Pricing
managing pricing corridors, managing SPA and Tier pricing, implementing pricing strategy
Marketing Activation
Manage customer events, trade shows and industry opportunities to broaden 3M's solutions and capabilities in the Paper & Print market. Actively contributes to the development and execution of all elements of the Marketing Plan. Performs complex market analysis on customer, channel and competitor trends. Recommends marketing and communication tactics, pricing levels and channel marketing activities, and coordinates cross-functional team's execution of efforts identified on the marketing plan. Web Messaging
identify and develop tactics to improve web messaging, awareness and lead generation.
Channel
Working with Channel partners develop MDF campaigns, budget allocation and management. With Global and Area leaders develop and implement joint business plans with key channel partners. Assuring proper deployment of 3M assets with our channel partners and customers. POS / Industry analysis
identifying key customers, distributors and portfolio for growth opportunities.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Three (3) years of marketing, strategy creation, business operations, new product development/commercialization, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or graduate degree Five or more years of marketing, strategy creation, business operations, new product development/commercialization, and/or project management across a cross-functional team in a private, public, government or military environment Demonstrated ability to influence management Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team Skills include self-drive, analytical and financial skills, cross-functional leadership, excellent communication and presentation skills Work location:
