As a Site Manager, you'll drive execution on the front lines of construction - ensuring every project runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule. Responsibilities include:
Managing on-site activity from mobilization to closeout Overseeing subcontractors and site logistics to meet aggressive project timelines Enforcing safety standards and resolving daily site challenges Reporting on progress, managing documentation, and maintaining as-built records Acting as the primary on-site liaison for clients, inspectors, and vendors Ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and quality expectations What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
5+ years of site supervision or management experience in commercial construction Experience with QSR, retail interiors, or fast-paced tenant improvements preferred Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and site protocols Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and resolve site-level issues independently
Certifications & Technical Tools
OSHA 30 certification preferred Familiarity with project management software or site reporting tools
