The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Global Digital Foundation Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Own and scale our digital foundation, including data mesh architecture, analytic clouds, and digital products, ensuring integration across GMC, CBG, and functional teams. Drive end-to-end digital delivery, using Agile and Scrum@Scale methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise code standards to achieve speed-to-value. Operationalize AI/GenAI and advanced analytics, transforming data (POS, inventory, SAP ERP) into actionable insights and automation opportunities. Manage digital operations budgets (FinOps for cloud, SaaS licensing, and vendors) while ensuring optimal ROI and tracking business-relevant KPIs. Collaborate with internal IT, marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive adoption of cutting-edge digital capabilities that create measurable business impact. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, optimizing operational excellence and scaling platforms to meet evolving business demand. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science or Engineering (completed and verified prior to start) Ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in digital delivery, analytics, or technology-driven business transformation in a private, public, government or military environment Five (5) years managing digital teams, including direct oversight of managers and technical professionals. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Proven success building enterprise-scale digital products, data platforms, and AI/ML solutions, ideally in CPG, retail, or related industries. Expertise in data mesh architectures, SAP ERP, analytic platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, AAS), and marketing technologies. Strong track record in FinOps, budget management, and vendor negotiations. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills, with a focus on delivering business outcomes. Familiarity with Scrum@Scale, DevOps, and secure digital operations.
