Track and manage project budgets, costs, and financial reporting Prepare and process owner billings, subcontractor payments, and change orders Monitor job cost accounting and report monthly progress Ensure all pay applications, lien waivers, union reporting, and certified payroll reports are submitted accurately and on time Assist in the review of contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documents Coordinate with field teams and vendors to ensure smooth project accounting processes Support project closeout procedures from a financial perspective MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 3+ years of experience in accounting experience, specific to construction industry Strong understanding of the following areas: pay applications, lien waivers, union reporting, certified payroll reports, job costing, and AIA billing Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred Excellent communication skills What's on Offer
