Working closely with LALP AD, the PM manages the full lifecycle of these programs, from application management and participant selection to logistical planning, coordination with faculty and speakers, implementation, and post-program reporting. This role also serves as the primary point of contact for program participants, program faculty, and internal and external stakeholders. Beyond flagship program operations, the PM supports LALP's efforts with alumni engagement and contributes to strategic outreach and relationship-building initiatives across the region. The PM reports directly to the LALP Executive Director (ED) and works closely with LALP Senior Associate Director (AD), who supervises the LALP program and communications team. The PM works closely with the LALP ED and AD to develop program content, maintain strong relationships with faculty and stakeholders, and ensure alignment with broader McDonough School of Business and Georgetown University goals. The PM also works with LALP AD and the Public Relations and Events Manager (PREM), supporting LALP program outreach, alumni engagement, public dialogues, and events. Across the university, the PM works closely with the McDonough School of Business Office of Executive Education, faculty, staff, students, departments, and centers across campus (i.e. Georgetown Americas Institute, the Center for Latin American Studies, and the Center for the Rule of Law in the Americas), and externally with vendors, speakers, mentors, alumni, and other donors and supporters for the management of LALP academic programs.
