Job Summary: In this role, you will work with a team to participate in all aspects of researching and resolving issues with the end to end Caesar Vision point of sale system. You will operate with guidance, when needed, from more experienced levels such as the Technical Engineers and supervision. You may support LCE or other Ilitch companies. Job Responsibilities: Research point of sale system issues using tolls and database querying. Resolve system issues or escalate to level and development teams. Research suggestions for technical improvements and responds if suggestion is viable, suitable and efficient. Collaborate with business Analysts to understand requests or business unit initiatives and discuss alternatives. Partner with business analysts and technical engineer in the design, development, and support of technical projects through to completion. Document all issue resolutions and make available to all team members. Track issues and resolutions to identify trends, common resolutions and impact to customer. Follow up with customers to determine if issue resolution has solved problem. Provide guidance and technical expertise to less experienced team members. Promote positive customer service attitude among peers; develop and maintain good relationships with customers. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Associates degree in Computer Science or related discipline with computer classes. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Minimum of two (2) year of programming experience in and strong knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: SQL Database, Read system log files, PHP, Sharepoint. Proven customer relationship skills in a call center environment and the ability to collaborate with all business units. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve with customers by listening, understanding and responding to the needs of the customer. Knowledgeable about Help Desk activities, including define, implement and monitor escalation process. Evidence of support activities, including define, implement sand monitor escalation process. Evidence of strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to develop solutions and alternatives that meet business goals. Evidence of effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and communicate technical information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical clients. Evidence of a self-motivated, curious and creative approach to technology with a passionate embrace of technology. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
