Team Technical Stack:
The team uses Figma for UI/UX design, React/React Native for web and mobile development, and Node.js with GraphQL for backend services. Data is processed via Kafka and stored in Snowflake, with dashboards visualized using D3.js, Chart.js, or Tableau. The infrastructure runs on AWS, with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment, and collaboration is managed through JIRA Confluence.
Must have skills for this role:
Telecom Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of mobile network operations, SIM activation, provisioning, porting, and telecom KPIs. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Experience translating business needs into clear user stories, data requirements, and functional specs. Dashboard & Metrics Experience: Familiarity with KPIs, trend analysis, and building intuitive dashboards for both technical and non-technical users. UI/UX Collaboration Ability to work closely with designers using tools like Figma to shape user journeys and wireframes. Data Understanding: Comfort working with structured data, querying/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and interpreting metrics. Agile/ Scrum Methodology Skilled in using JIRA/Confluence to manage backlogs, sprints, and documentation. Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to interface with engineering, product, sales, and network teams to align goals and resolve blockers.
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
