Job Description

Main Activities Responsible for the successful operation of the operating portfolio, maximizing portfolio uptime while maintaining OPEX budget Maintain a thorough understanding of the project assets, including revenue, interconnection, compliance and maintenance agreements Manage and monitor compliance in all contracts and activities Responsibility for data monitoring and SCADA systems across fleet Track and present key performance indicators, performing data analysis as needed Identify and track system performance issues and coordinate resolution with maintenance providers O&M management, purchasing, parts planning, inventory tracking, inventory management, project file management, maintenance reporting, and outage summary log Process warranty claims with vendors and suppliers as needed Prepare periodic asset management reports (including operational and financial performance) Identify and implement strategies for fleet optimization Setup new projects in DAS system and manage portfolio dashboard reporting system Interface with Construction team on upcoming development projects and support transition from construction into operating portfolio Interface with land owners, utility and other stakeholders as needed Qualifications

A record of academic and professional achievement, well developed communication skills, the ability to collaborate well with a small team, proven organizational acumen working on multiple projects, and a high level of motivation are vital in this role Well versed in day to day operations of solar, BESS and hybrid facilities Strong background in electrical systems (PV, BESS, substations) Working knowledge of ISOs, specifically PJM, CAISO, WECC as well as NERC regulatory requirements for renewables Strong background in Ignition based SCADA systems and DAS providers Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to continuously prioritize effectively Prior experience in solar operations and maintenance, performance analytics, or technical asset management
