Assists in maintaining multiple variations to the core operations process Assist with opening new accounts, processing cash deposits and withdrawals Assists in the responsibility of maintaining a variety of sponsor relationships Identifies and notifies traders of events that affect trading Contacts internal and external customers to assist in resolving trading problems as directed Establishes, updates, and maintains records on data management systems, as required Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Knowledge of

Office practices, procedures, and methods Basic concepts, practices and procedures of securities trading Basic accounting principles and procedures Skill in

Organizational and time management sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
