Job Description Job Title: CVOR Technician - 10hr Days
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CVOR Technician to join our team. This position offers 10-hour day shifts with varied start times, including a call schedule that requires at least one weekend of availability each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Cardiac Operating Room (CVOR) setting. - Assist in surgical procedures and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are ready and functioning. - Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain a sterile environment during operations. - Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after procedures. - Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a CVOR, with a strong emphasis on heavy cardiac and open-heart procedures. - Must possess a valid CST certification; BLS certification is required. - Proven travel experience in a clinical setting is necessary. - Ability to float to other sister campuses as required is expected.
Additional Information:
- Candidates must meet the 50-mile radius rule from the permanent address of the facility. - Document submission must include complete demographic information: address, email, full date of birth, full Social Security number, and RN license number. Contract Details:
- Guaranteed hours: 40 Weekly - Contract weeks: 89 - Deadline for document submission is the Monday before the scheduled start date.
