Resident Services Manager

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, implement, and oversee supportive service programs tailored to the needs of residents by collaborating with residents, property management, and external service providers. Conduct ongoing outreach to identify residents in need of services, encourage volunteer involvement, and address any programming or service gaps. Represent TRG Management at community meetings, task forces, and with local service organizations to strengthen partnerships and advocate for resident needs. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to resident services, outcomes, and referrals. Support resident-led community initiatives and encourage participation in events, workshops, and programs that promote connection and engagement. Research and identify potential funding opportunities to support and expand resident service programs. Attend required meetings and contribute to special projects or initiatives as assigned by TRG Management leadership. Assist Residents with work order inquiries & resident concerns. Assist with Move in/Move out Process with residents. Reporting Benefits as a TRGM Employee: Base Salary + Performance Bonus.
