Steel Pre-Cast Project Manager
My client is a seasoned contractor specializing in steel erection, fabrication, concrete, and general construction. For being around over 50 years the company has built a strong reputation for executing complex industrial and commercial projects across the country, with a focus on safety, craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships. Job Description
Retrieve bid packages and essential project data from the estimating team. Handle pricing and administration of change orders for ongoing contracts. Organize and share contract-related details with owners, general contractors, and site supervisors. Analyze specifications to identify quality benchmarks and any unique safety protocols. Supervise field survey activities and ensure thorough documentation. Develop and update the erection strategy as part of the site-specific execution plan. Coordinate workforce, tools, and equipment logistics for each project site. Plan delivery timelines and sequence erection phases effectively. Build and manage project timelines to meet scheduled milestones. Relay contract obligations to subcontractors, site leads, equipment coordinators, crane providers, and others. Communicate safety and quality expectations from the contract to field teams. Oversee the flow and distribution of construction drawings. Generate and track RFIs within the project management system. Align shipping schedules between field operations, vendors, and subcontractors. Track and analyze job costs to maintain budgetary control. 4+ years of experience in the construction space Experience in steel, concrete, or pre cast fabrication Comfortable with being on site MEP and HVAC experience is a plus Ability to successfully lead crews Healthcare or related experience is a plus Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field Understanding of cranes Bluebeam, AUTOCAD, Vista experience is a plus High attention to detail Problem solver Post Tension Concrete is a plus What's on Offer
