, you'll support the sustainment of enterprise development and production environments. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems through expert-level administration of Oracle EBS, middleware, and infrastructure. What you'll do: Support sustainment operations for the SDE and PROD/PSS environments, ensuring alignment with Agile delivery and system lifecycle requirements. Overseeing configuration, patching, and performance tuning of Oracle EBS, middleware, and infrastructure components. Advise on the synchronization of SDE and PROD environments to ensure fidelity for development, testing, and deployment. Supporting capacity forecasting, system monitoring, and proactive issue resolution. Coordinating with cybersecurity, engineering, and operations teams to ensure compliance with security and performance standards. Advising Government stakeholders on environment health, modernization opportunities, and technical risk mitigation. What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, system sustainment, or operations engineering. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams responsible for development and production environments. Deep expertise in Oracle EBS, including RICECPW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Configurations, Personalizations, Workflows). Strong background in Oracle middleware technologies (e.g., SOA Suite, WebLogic, BPEL), Exadata, ZFS, and Linux-based system administration. Experience with Agile sustainment models, DevSecOps pipelines, and CI/CD tooling. Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
