Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the premises to help deter security-related incidents. You will be a visible presence, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone you encounter. This position requires a valid driver's license and may involve driving responsibilities as part of your daily duties. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site-specific policies. Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and guests with inquiries and directions related to access procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify any security-related concerns. Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts. Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or lockdowns as needed. Maintain a visible presence at access points to help to deter potential security-related threats and promote a secure environment for all occupants. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
