Our mission is simple but ambitious: to power upward mobility by creating smarter, safer, more reliable, and certifiable batteries that enable the future of flight and advanced mobility. From all-electric aircraft to high-performance defense applications, our technology is driving innovation where it matters most. Headquartered in the scenic innovation hub of North Logan, Utah, EPS offers the rare opportunity to work at the forefront of aerospace energy storage while surrounded by a collaborative team that is passionate about shaping the future.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior Program Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will be at the center of complex, high-impact programs that define the future of electric propulsion and mobility. You will lead cross-functional teams through the complete program life cycle, from concept to delivery, while serving as the primary customer interface for both active programs and ongoing support. This is your opportunity to manage the development of next-generation aerospace energy storage systems that push the limits of performance and reliability.

As a Senior Program Manager at EPS, you will be more than a coordinator, you will be a strategic leader who drives execution, builds trust with customers, and delivers solutions that meet the highest standards in the industry. You will guide cross-functional teams to hit program milestones, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with functional leaders to forecast resources, balance priorities, and align efforts with our strategic growth goals.

Your day-to-day will span across technical and operational excellence. You will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs while supporting manufacturing and testing to ensure flawless execution. When challenges arise, your problem-solving skills will shine as you identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and keep programs moving forward. Monitoring progress against program plans will be second nature, as will managing risk, navigating contractual requirements, and communicating updates to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. You will serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that expectations are not only met but exceeded, and that every project strengthens our reputation as an industry leader.

This role also offers the chance to contribute to the bigger picture. You will partner with Business Development and Product teams to help shape strategies that expand our market presence and drive innovation. Your influence will extend beyond program delivery to the overall success and growth of EPS as we continue to lead in high-voltage energy storage for aerospace and defense applications.

To excel in this position, you should bring a bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field, along with at least five years of program management experience. A PMP certification or MBA is a plus, as is experience with aerospace energy storage systems and familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence. This role requires occasional travel (up to 15%), as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

At EPS, we offer more than a job, we offer a mission. Join a team that is shaping the next generation of mobility, where your leadership and vision will directly impact the future of aerospace. If you are ready to take on the challenge of driving complex programs that enable safer, smarter, and more sustainable flight, we invite you to apply today.
